Boca Properties’ offices reside on Conesoga Road in Villanova and its principal is Matthew Paolino. This Building Division early on became known as Boca Properties of Pa. and today builds under Paolino Development. Building services rendered by Paolino Development include seeing projects through from start to finish whether it be from blueprint up or from a spec home shell to completion. This includes almost any project type such as a residential second story additions which would be either from first floor up or foundation up rebuilds, a sizeable room addition contract, or even a management contract which would manage a complete home remodel. Paolino Development also offers project management services and will act as your liaison between architect and sub contractors to allow for a timely cost effective transition from project to home regardless of the scale or budget of your project. Consultations are always with Mr Paolino and are free of charge.
