Boca Properties of Pa (a Paolino Development affiliate) has established it self as a leading builder and renovator of residential homes in the Main Line area. Matt Paolino is the driving force behind Boca Properties. Matt works with owners, architects, as well as local and state regulatory agencies to ensure each customer the personal attention necessary to realize the home of their dreams in a professional and timely manner.  To date Matt and his team have built over twenty homes in the area.

All of the members of the Paolino Development Team have years of experience in the construction industry including our supervisors, managers and craftsmen. Each sub contractor is screened to ensure that they can meet the high standards that Matt demands for all our team including himself. Matt Paolino’s expertise is derived from both years of formal education and real world experiance. He is a graduate of Villanova University School of Civil Engineering and the Widener University School of Law. Matt entered the construction industry as a member of a third generation family construction business that worked throughout the Philadelphia area on large scale projects including the Walt Whitman Bridge, the Philadelphia International Airport, and rehabilitation of PATCO high speed line stations. These type of rigid performance specifications projects instilled the desire in Matt to do it right the first time, in a cost effective and timely manner.

In the 1990’s after the family business was sold to a national company, Matt began his own development company. Boca Properties of PA specializes in residential and total site development, while the Premier Construction, Inc. affiliate performs site development service for other builders and local municipalities.

Matt is married to his wife, Lori, for nearly 20 years and they have four children. His background has also led him to appointment to the boards of publicly traded business entities in the Philadelphia Area, including Mace Security International.
